Recipient Confirmation: We will ensure that the recipient receives the goods in good condition and may request a photo after delivery as proof of delivery.
Damaged or Used Goods: We regret that we cannot offer refunds for goods/products that have been used or damaged by the customer. We kindly ask customers to inspect their deliveries upon receipt and report any issues to us promptly.
Customer-Arranged Delivery: Notty Florist will not be held responsible for any losses or damages that occur when customers arrange their own delivery.
Lost or Damaged Deliveries by Notty Florist : In the event that our delivery service causes any loss or damage during the delivery process, we will promptly assess and confirm the condition of the goods/products. If it is determined that the loss or damage occurred during our delivery, please follow these steps:

Refund Process: Once we receive the returned product and confirm its condition, we will initiate the refund process. Customers can expect to receive their refund within seven working days after the confirmation.
Cancellation Terms & Condition Apply:
Cancellation within 168hours with delivery date - NOT Refundable
Cancellation within 8 - 18days with delivery date - Refund 20%, Burned 80% preparation work / Burned 50%, only get back 50% of the total amount able change to other items
Cancellation within 19 - 44days with delivery date - Refund 50%, Burned 50% preparation work / Burned 30%, only get back 70% of the total amount able change to other items
Cancellation from 45days & above with delivery date - Refund 70%, Burned 30% preparation work / get back 100% of the total amount able change to other items
Reason: Once customer placed order in Website/ WhatsApp with full payment, Poppies team proceed customer order with preparation work immediately.
Place order already and willing change to other items with valid time duration: 12 months, after 12months will auto burned the credit.
Cancellation Refundable process is 30-45 working days.
Overpaid or Double paid refundable process - 45 working days.
